Canfor's CHIPS Project

Digital signage 

Audience: Canfor Mill employees 

Canfor's HR Integrated Payroll Systems Project (Project CHIPS) rolled out a new payroll, 

time & attendance management system. Employees were kept up to date via a countdown communications campaign at all Canfor mills. This '1 week to go' digital 

signage prepared employees for the change.   

Methanex

Employee Productivity Services (EPS) Program

Audience: Methanex EPS Change Council 

This program introduced the M365 tools that improved communication and collaboration amongst Methanex's globally dispersed workforce. In addition to new tools, the program introduced new ways of working. This presentation provided context and the roadmap to the 'Change Council' - an executive level change champion team.

Teck Resources

Modern Workplace Program

Audience: Teck corporate office end users 

This program introduced the new M365 tools and ways of working that enabled Teck's workforce to work anywhere, anytime and from any device. This presentation summarized the benefits of the change as well as communicating in an easy visual way, the steps Teck was taking to the M365 cloud. 

Newmont/Goldcorp IT Integration

Audience: Newmont Head Office Staff   

After Newmont acquired Goldcorp, an IT Integration Program launched to integrate & harmonize IT systems in both organizations. This presentation explained why the M365 email migration project was necessary, what would change and the benefits associated with the change.  

Insurance Corporation of BC

Audience: ICBC Broker Partners 

This guidebook was distributed to ~1,000 ICBC broker partners in BC. The Broker Customer Experience Award successfully shifted ICBC’s brokers’ remuneration from a commission focus to include tangible performance measures. Today, this award continues to be a key component of brokers’ overall remuneration package.
